TourXP guests then proceed to Oslob, where guests can witness the majestic whale sharks up close.

The whale sharks (Rhincodon typus) at Tan-awan Beach in Oslob are gentle giants that can grow up to 40 feet long. TourXP provides guests with a life vest and snorkel gear to swim with them in the clear blue waters.

Aguinid Waterfalls is a series of waterfalls located in the Samboan Peninsula, Cebu. The waterfalls are known for their multiple cascading tiers and crystal clear waters, making it a perfect place for swimming and exploring. Guests can climb up the various tiers of the waterfalls and enjoy the scenery, as well as the cool and refreshing waters of the falls. The area is surrounded by lush vegetation, adding to its natural beauty.

The tour ends with a ferry ride back to Negros Oriental, where you will be dropped off at your hotel/resort at Dumaguete City/Dauin.

TourXP Oslob Whale Sharks and Aguinid Water Falls Xplore Day Tour starts early in the morning, with guests being picked up from their hotels/resorts in Dumaguete City/Dauin and driven with a scenic ferry ride to Santander, Cebu then proceed to the town of Oslob.

Upon arrival in Oslob,TourXP guests will be taken to Tan-awan Beach, where guests will see the majestic whale sharks (Rhincodon typus) up close. These gentle giants can grow up to 40 feet long and swim close to the shore, making it easy to view them from a boat or by snorkeling. Guests will be given a short briefing on the dos and don'ts when swimming with the whale sharks. TourXP guests will be provided with a life vest and snorkel gear.

TourXP Guests will then take a boat ride to the whale shark watching area, where they can snorkel and swim alongside the whale sharks in their natural habitat. The whale sharks in Oslob are friendly and docile, and guests can get up close and personal with these magnificent creatures.

After the whale shark experience, the tour continues to the town of Samboan, where Aguinid Waterfalls is located. The waterfalls are a series of five cascading waterfalls, with the highest one reaching up to 90 feet. Guests can hike up the waterfalls, which requires some physical exertion and involves climbing over rocks and boulders. Along the way, guests can also take a dip in the cool and refreshing water of the waterfalls. The scenery is breathtaking and guests will enjoy the lush greenery and the sound of rushing water.

The tour ends where guests will be dropped off at your hotel/resort at Dumaguete City/Dauin. The entire Xplore day tour can take anywhere between 8 to 10 hours.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and footwear, as well as bring sunscreen, a hat, and a towel and change of clothes. Guests will need to bring swimwear for the whale shark encounter and cool dipping at Aguinid Waterfalls.

Guest Pricing & Discounts Policy

ADULT
  • 18 years old and below the age of 60 at the time of booking and are not (Seniors, PWD)

C.S.S.P. Rate Discount Eligibility

 
CHILDREN
  • Children between the ages of 2-11 years at time of booking will be charged with the “C.S.S.P Rate”
  • 2 infant children the ages of (16 days-23 months) are free of charge (Maximum of 2 infant children per family only), a fee of $20 is charge per infant child thereafter
  • A Minimum of 1 Adult companion per tour is required for booking with children.
  • All Children with height below 150 cm / 59 inches are required by law to be in a child seat while traveling on motor vehicles, child seat rental are available $10 per applicable child/tour
** TourXP reserves the right to request proof of age, for any child booked as 11 years of age and under, and to request additional payment if said child is found to be older than the age they were booked as.
STUDENTS
  • Student rate is for Filipino & Foreign students age 12-17 years old only (valid school D. Required)
  • Student age must not be more than 17 years old at the time of booking to qualify for C.S.S.P.. Rate
  • Students who are 18 years ++ at the time of booking will be charged adult rate.
  • A valid student identification/school certification is required and other I.D.s (passports, national ID etc.) with age/ birthdate should be presented for proof of age requirement.
** TourXP reserves the right to request proof of student status, for any individual booked as Student, and to request additional payment if said individual is found to be a non-Student or as prescribed with the limitations in the above policy.
 SENIORS
  • Senior Citizen is for Filipino or Foreign Senior Citizens (60 years old and above).
  • Any valid identification with age/ birthdate should be presented for proof of age requirement.
** TourXP reserves the right to request proof of age, for any individual booked as 60 years of age and over, and to request additional payment if said individual is found to be younger than the age they were booked as.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWD)
  • Any valid identification with PWD ID or any form should be presented for proof of PWD status.

Payment Policy

TourXP requires guests to pay the full amount for their tour or holiday upfront, rather than paying in installments/deposits or at the end of the trip. This is done to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for the guests.

TourXP is able to streamline the booking process and avoid any potential delays or complications that may arise from processing payments at a later stage. This allows TourXP to focus on providing high-quality tours and holidays, without being distracted by administrative tasks or payment processing.

TourXP can provide a hassle-free experience for the guests. Guests do not have to worry about making payments during the trip or worrying about hidden costs or unexpected charges. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety, and allow guests to fully enjoy their tour or holiday without any financial worries.

It is important to note that TourXP may have cancellation policies and other terms and conditions related to payment, which guests should review before making a booking. These policies may provide details about refunds, rescheduling, or other circumstances that could affect the payment or the booking process

Rebooking Policy

A one-time rebooking of tour is allowed up to 60 days or 2 months from original tour date (depending upon availability) for free with advance notice of at least 5 days before tour date.

For succeeding rebooking there after a rebooking fee of $50 will be charged per rebooking.

Failure to inform or give advance notice of intent to rebook will be considered a no show/on the day cancellation (see cancellation policy).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Total tour amount paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by PAMBI/DENR/Boat Operators Fees (re-bookable but non-refundable), hotels, transport reservations or food expenses and administrative costs, below

No Of Days Percentage Forfeited of Total Tour Price

  • 31 days ++ Full refund less 25% administration fee
  • 14-30 days 35% of the tour price +15% administration fee
  • 6-14 days 50% of the tour price +15% administration fee
  • Less than 5 days and No Show / On the day cancellations no refunds

Full refund during Force Majeure/Coastguard advised cancellations less PAMBI/DENR/Boat Operators non-refundable fee and payment (bank/card) online transfer fees.
